Product Overview
We offer three main product categories – carbon fiber hard felt, soft felt, and C/C composite materials – designed to meet the insulation and structural component requirements for high-temperature thermal fields such as single-crystal furnaces, polycrystalline furnaces, sapphire furnaces, and vacuum sintering furnaces. These materials can withstand long-term operating temperatures exceeding 2000°C; their density, porosity, and dimensional specifications can all be customized according to customer drawings. Each batch is inspected before delivery and is certified in compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Product Advantages and Features
- ● High temperature resistance; can be used stably in high-temperature environments exceeding 2000°C for extended periods.
- ● Controllable density and porosity, balancing thermal insulation performance with structural strength.
- ● Customized dimensions according to drawings, compatible with various furnace types and thermal field configurations
- ● Batch consistency is verified through testing, thereby reducing the risk of furnace batches being scrapped due to material failure.
Specifications and Product Classification
- ● C/C composite materials (CFC): Carbon fiber-reinforced carbon-based composites featuring high strength and thermal shock resistance; used for thermal field support and load-bearing structural components.
- ● Hard felt: High-density carbon fiber felt with stable molding properties, used for the furnace insulation layer and fixed structural components.
- ● Soft felt: Flexible carbon fiber felt that can be bent and fitted; used for furnace body sealing, joint filling, and buffer layer applications.

Application Scenarios
Carbon fiber hard felt, soft felt, and C/C composite materials are widely used for thermal field insulation and structural support in monocrystalline silicon pulling furnaces, as well as for insulation layers in polycrystalline silicon ingot casting furnaces and sapphire crystal growth furnaces. Industrial furnaces, such as vacuum sintering furnaces and powder metallurgy furnaces, also rely on these materials to maintain thermal field stability and control energy consumption. Customization, Quality Control, and Consulting
We can customize the dimensions, density, and porosity of carbon fiber hard felt, soft felt, and C/C composite materials according to customer drawings, meeting the non-standard thermal field requirements of various furnace types; each batch of products undergoes density, temperature resistance, and mechanical property testing before shipment to ensure batch consistency; if you require product selection recommendations or a quotation, please send us your drawings and operating condition parameters – we will complete the sampling and provide a quotation response within 7 working days.
